I live in Bonnyville & it’s always worth the 30 min drive, have never had a bad set.

So pretty! Love them. And service was fast and friendly. My daughter got her nails done too but I didn’t get a picture of her cute polish

I really enjoyed my pedicure, it was well done and relaxing. Unfortunately, my gel nail appointment was not handled professionally. The service provider made an error, initially tried to place blame on my friend, and gave several excuses before eventually apologizing. It was also disappointing to see another staff member laughing during the situation. This was a rare self-care day for me, so it was unfortunate for it to end this way. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning or recommending this salon. *** did not say manicure until service was halfway through on my nails. I asked several times for pictures on any previous clients nails as samples of work, was told there was none. But anyways, thanks for the acknowledgement of the error. If that was done at the start of the conversation, there would have been no issue.

One of my best nail appointments ever. I love how he took the time to do the detail and made them perfect! Everyone was very nice and so friendly.

Expensive for the quality you get. Appts always start late. Extra charges not disclosed or maybe they updated the price list. I didn’t see any changes though. Matching length and shape for all 10 nails is uncommon. After every appt, I spend my time fixing the inconsistencies. It has happened multiple times throughout the last 2 years I’ve visited. Today I paid $95 originally $105 (got 10% off for emt)with one french tip on each hand with a line and a bow. I know my nails are considered “long” but based off the chart I think it was at the $75 length. $30 extra added for design. My appointment was at 1pm. I got served at 1:20pm. Left 2:55pm. They did not ask if I like them or confirm the design so by accident they mixed up the colours and now they look a little weird and it’s going to bug me as it’s not what I wanted or paid an extra for. I mentioned it but didn’t want them to be annoyed and now I’m there for another 30 minutes while they fix it and the next persons appt is pushed back even further so I said it was fine. I said this as I didn’t know the price. If I knew the price, I would have gotten them to fix them. Usually a design is $5-10 max I do my own nails but like to treat myself from time to time, doesn’t feel like a treat when you need to go home and fix them. Im going to drill off the colour and make it as the picture I showed and make them all the same shape/ length. I’ll retrace the design- make them match (bows are different sizes) and it was done with white that needed 2 coats. Only got one. So the design is patchy. This is not the worst set I’ve gotten here by far. Yes, I’m being picky because I paid extra/ more than I ever have previously. However idk her name but the lady who usually only wears one glove is amazing. I’ve gotten her 2-3 times I think. I wish everyone else was on the same skill level then the prices could be more justified.
